Question about winners selection

2 of the apps selected as winning apps didn't even follow the main requirement:

Main Requirement: Build or update a functioning Microsoft Graph-powered solution that improves productivity. Solutions must be an Office 365 add-in, Teams integration, SharePoint solution, or Outlook solution.

The 2 winners didn't even use Microsoft Graph. How is this then supposed to the fair?

How can apps that didn't even use the API at all win over apps that did?

To verify my claim, please click on the submissions tab and mark "No" to Does your solution integrate Microsoft Graph? and you'll see for yourself.

    We are currently investigating how these submissions were listed and if they actually followed the requirements. We will keep you updated when we are able to release more details.
